For a subdivision, the best views have not been touched. They are the knoll outlined in the red box in the topo facing east or facing west, which overlook pastoral meadows. To the northeast, there is an upscale development called Burningtown Lakes. Northwest is the National Forest. Fourteen is the magic number in North Carolina for a subdivision. Fourteen houses can be built on a central water system that can operate without a certified operator and all the required tests. Allowing for roads, there is plenty of room for fourteen upscale houses. The two modest exting houses would make an excellent logistics base.
Or...this property could be excellent for a church retreat and church camp for boys or girls. The shell house would make an excellent dormitory, while the finished house would be for the supervisors. Baptise in natural spring water. See photos of two houses.
